One of the challenges of meditation is staying present and not allowing the mind to think of past, current or future events. A meditation anchor is something specific to focus on that we can return to each time our mind wanders. This meditation practise uses breathing as our meditation anchor.
Find a comfortable seated position, preferably where you won’t be disturbed and sit with a straight back, your hands in a comfortable position and your feet flat against the floor.
