High Intensity Interval training is a series of short exercises designed to work you hard and push you to your max. This activity is ideal for those short on time but still wanting to complete a quick workout.

Each exercise lasts for 35 seconds with a 25 second rest. There are 5 exercises in this activity.

We recommend having a glass of water to hand.

Let’s Start

  • Exercise 1: Jumping Jacks
    Perform as many jumping jacks as you can in 35 seconds
  • Exercise 2: High Knee
    Perform as many high knees as you can in 35 seconds
  • Exercise 3: Mountain Climber
    Perform as many mountain climbers as you can in 35 seconds
  • Exercise 4: Jog on the Spot
    Jog on the spot as fast as you can for 35 seconds
  • Exercise 5: Butt Kicks
    Perform as many butt kicks as you can in 35 seconds
