This activity helps you appreciate things or people in your life that may often go unnoticed. For example, the bus driver who shows up every day so you can get to work or the electricity and water that allows you to shower each morning.

Let’s Start

    Using a pen and paper (you can use your mobile device if easier, however we prefer the tactility of pen and paper), write down 3 things in your life that you often give little thought.

    For each, write how the object or person benefits your life, makes you happy and why you appreciate having it/them in your life.
  • 03
    This may prove a little hard at first so don’t worry if you go beyond 5 minutes.
