Our push-up challenge is a great energising activity that can be performed by people of all skill-levels. The challenge is to see how many of each push-up you can perform in 1 minute. After each round, rest for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
Perform this activity as often as you feel comfortable and measure your progress each time you complete the activity.
- Exercise 1: Regular Push-up
Perform as many push-ups as you can in 1 minute
- Exercise 2: Rotation Push-up
Perform as many rotation push-ups as you can in 1 minute
- Exercise 3: Diamond Push-up
Perform as many diamond push-ups as you can 1 minute
