This activity helps you to feel positive, happy, grateful and helps to strengthen feelings of love and kindness towards your friends and family.

Let’s Start

  • 01
    Using a pen and paper (you can use your mobile device if easier, however we prefer the tactility of pen and paper), write the name of a loved one at the top of the sheet.
  • 02
    Now write five reasons this person makes you happy.
  • 03
    For each reason, write the emotions you feel and why this is important to you.
  • 04
    Don’t rush this practise. If it takes you longer than 6-8 minutes to create your list, that’s ok. The important thing is to focus on feelings of gratitude, happiness and love.
